Alyth Development Trust oversees an Oil Buying Group for households that use Heating Oil. The Group has been running since June 2022 and is helping many members save 10-15% and sometime much more off their fuel costs. The group gives all households access to the prices similar or better than those usually only obtained by placing larger orders and spending time shopping around.

Minimum order is 500 litres and payment is made directly to the Heating Oil Supplier. For further details and to join the group please contact oilbuying@alyth.online

By joining the group you are under no obligation to place any orders with us. You will receive an email every 4 weeks with the group price and you can choose to order or ignore. You are free to compare our price with your existing supplier but stick with them.
We do believe that we can give you a very good price without having to shop around.

We are able to provide these savings by placing all of our orders in one week of each month so that the supplier can save time doing deliveries.
We currently have members in Alyth, Kilry, Glenisla, Ruthven, Newtyle and Meigle and new members are welcome.
