An easy walk to and from Alyth Square through farmland. Route mainly on minor tarmac roads and farm tracks. Tracks can be muddy after rain and icy in winter.
From Alyth Square walk towards the Alyth Traditional Fish Bar and walk down Airlie Street till you reach St. Ninians Church. Turn right onto St. Ninians Road and continue past the last houses ignoring a signed path on your right to Johnshill Road. Pass West Pitnacree farm and look out for a farm track on your right.
Follow this track till it meets a minor tarmac road and turn right onto Johnshill Road. Keep on this road ignoring a signed path to St. Ninians Road, and follow the road all the way towards Alyth. Where the road meets Bamff Road, turn right to return to Alyth Square.
